We create hands-on, veterinary education experiences for K–12 students, with a focus on those from underrepresented, marginalized communities. Delivered by experienced facilitators, educators, and veterinary professionals, our programs take place in schools, community centers, and veterinary clinics nationwide.

Our Impact: We’ve inspired over 700 students to explore a career in veterinary medicine.

veterinary hospitals for shadowing & mentorship

We connect underrepresented students with real-world veterinary experiences by partnering with hospitals and clinicsa nationwide. Students shadow professionals, explore clinical settings, and receive valuable mentorship that brings veterinary careers to life.

Repurposes equipment & supplies for vet med
skill building

We partner with veterinary supply companies to donate expired—but safe—equipment for student learning. Items are sorted and distributed to educational partners. Supported by in-kind and financial donations.

Our Impact: We repurpose safe medical supplies—further reducing industry waste.

Removes financial barriers through direct donations

We provide stipends, grants, and funding to help students progress in their veterinary career path. Financial support funds student veterinary camps, youth pathways scholarships, college applications, and veterinary school fees.

Our Impact: Opportunity shouldn’t come with a price tag. We help remove financial barriers so students can move forward.

501(c)(3) Tax-exempt Status

We are pleased to share that blendVET Foundation is officially registered as a nonprofit organization in the State of Texas.We are in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status through the IRS. While we are confident in a favorable outcome, donations made at this time are not yet tax-deductible. If our 501(c)(3) status is approved, the IRS may grant tax-deductions retroactively to our date of incorporation, which means donations made now could become tax-deductible once the exemption is granted. We will provide an update as soon as we receive official confirmation from the IRS.
